install ZNC in Ubuntu 14.04
Hello when do you want run znc without install from apt-get then you need doing it
inside to root install what do you need and after make config with normal user
root
Code:

sudo apt-get install libssl-dev libperl-dev pkg-config build-essential
cd /usr/local/src
git clone https://github.com/znc/znc.git --recursive
cd znc
./configure
sudo make
sudo make install
when you do it after that get out from root and inside from your user
inside again to folder and makeconf in znc
Code:

cd /usr/local/src
/usr/local/bin/znc --makeconf
i try it and is work 100%
