inspircd problem with a override Empty inspircd problem with a override

when do you run first time the inspircd you need to know the support there is not really give to you a help this many years i using with a inspircd and when i told to admin there the module a override is not work i get banned from a channel support anyway a long time i cant understand if i oper why i cant give to myself op or other mode in channel.. you are welcome to see why in video

dont forget loadmodule operlevel and override
