ok if you the first time run Nefarious2 the new version you need to know is have some things in install
we start...
if you try run the Nefarious from ubuntu or from Centos and you up to Admin and you Try Check nick and you see something like this

this mean the your Geoip no work good
when you download Nefarious2 and you try install the Geoip and you write like this

cd Nefarious
./configure --enable-geoip


and you see some error with configure like this

if you see is have error with configure and if you look good in configure you see the geoip no configure this look like this

ok now i explain how you can fix this first time download from here but before do you need install geoip in your root or you can install epel from package

rpm -Uvh epel-release-5-4.noarch.rpm
yum install mod_geoip GeoIP GeoIP-devel GeoIP-data zlib-devel
service httpd restart

git clone https://github.com/evilnet/nefarious2.git
cd Nefarious2
./configure --with-geoip=/usr
make
make install


after you install this you can see the configure with Geoip is done it's look like this

if you see good now the geoip is ok and you need restart you ircd and try again

more things about GEOIP if you want your client inside with proxy you can used with this

ok more thing about configure X3 version 9 when you download from here https://github.com/evilnet/x3.git
and you start with configure and after this you try run x3 and you see problem like this

you see the problem Unable to read x3.conf this mean your services X3 no run ok this the explain stay in X3 and write like this
