ok if someone is don`t know why all protection is no can set mode R in Quakenet..
but we can change the mode mR-k change this to mi-k and save later send command to your bot from DCC rehash and restart you bot and this look like this in quakenet or version ircd no have mode R in channel

you see my bot set mode im in snircd version IRCD is no have mode R only r or i ...
and but we have more problem with protection if someone put clones in your chan and flood my bot flood in DCC and this Excess Flood bot from server and this it look like this

all flood this your bot Excess flood later from server and this no good but we can need disable problem if you see full message about something flood we can send commands to bot
