if someone run snircd and is dont know about flags in snircd then in here we learn
fisrt you need up on oper
and write in mirc mode this

this all notice connect and disconnect from your server but for look notice you need put in you ircd.conf this

in snircd you have protection for kick and kill and this modes explain

Allows opers to hide their idle time.
//mode $me +n
     Allows opers to hide the channels they are in.
//mode $me +X
 Allows opers to:
       - Join invite only (+i) channels
       - Join keyed (+k) channels
       - Join channels if banned
       - Join full channels
