inspircd file config with protection from proxy

ok i up file config for version inspircd in config File you have bopm.conf and link and oper.conf and more
also you have protection from proxy in conf and bopm.conf two protection work very good and you have in inspircd.conf blacklist from proxy
this pictures

you see in notice this banned from server and from bopm and you need download bopm for linux
