command to install snircd
download snircd in here http://ircu.darkserv.net/

first go to terminal and first write

sudo apt-get install libpcre3 libpcre3-dev
sudo apt-get install libssl-dev
sudo apt-get install gcc
sudo apt-get install byacc
sudo apt-get install flex
tar zxvf snircd.12.10.1.3.4a.tar.gz
cd snircd.12.10.1.3.4a
./configure
make
make install
cd
cd bin/
./ircd


more options if someone put many clone or try flood you can fix in ircd.conf options many clone flood then is Excess Flood this kill from server and this in you conf
